Hinckley, Ironton, Isle, Jenkins, Lake
Shore, LaPorte, Onamia, Park Rapids, Pillager, Pine
River, Riverton, Scearcyville and Walker.
- The average cost for a
LAHFH 3 bedroom home is $75,000. The average
appraisal for one of these homes is around
$115,000.
- Habitat provides
affordable houses at a no interest mortgage.
The average monthly mortgage for a LAHFH
family is around $375. The average mortgage
length is 20 years.

has built over 1400 homes since Habitat
started in 1976.
